Log into your Al-Ikhsan account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Pack the Gear
Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and authenticity certificates for footwear or equipment are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier partner location to be sent to our central processing center.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our sports experts verify the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
